All orders placed before 4pm on business days will be posted the next day, how good is that! Outside of these times, it will be posted next business day.
International orders
All International orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. Please contact us for postage costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days, no fuss at all. The item being returned must be in original condition, unused and in the original packaging. Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for change of mind. Please note that sale or out of season items are not exchangeable or refundable.
How to make a return or exchange
Contact us at returns@milcopaper.com.au to advise us of your exchange or refund and to receive a Return Authorisation Number (RA#)

Please ensure the RA# is clearly labelled on the parcel, or enclosed.
Refunds
Once you have contacted us to discuss your return, you will receive your RA#. Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned item in its original condition.
